We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to make it easy.

30-Day Returns You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

How to Start a Return Email us at [your email] with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. You'll receive a confirmation email when it's done.

Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned: opened personal care items, intimate apparel, and items marked as final sale.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll resolve it immediately — no return needed in most cases.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
